TOURNAMENT SERIES SCHEDULE

CIAC H.S. RULES APPLY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RUMBLE ON THE REZ RULES & REGULATIONS GAME RULES:

1. UNSPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY PLAYERS, COACHES, STAFF, OR GENERAL PUBLIC!
2. Two 18 minutes halves with running time except for free throws, time-outs, ref’s discretion, last two minutes of each half clock stops on the whistle.
3. (A)Mercy rule: If a team is up by 20 or more points during second half the clock remains running except for timeouts & referees discretion, if the score drops below 20 points normal play resumes.
   (B) No full court press or half-court traps if a team is winning by 20 points.
4. One & One foul shots on tenth foul of each half, two foul shots on and after the twelfth foul of each half.
5. One full time & two 30 second time outs per-game.
6. 3 minute warm-up pre-game & 3 minute half time break if time permits.
7. 2 minute overtime period stopped time & one full timeout per-overtime, No timeouts will be carried over from regulation time.
8. Three coaches on bench during game.
9. 3rd, 4th, 5th grade boys and all girls divisions will play with 28.5 basketball, Boys 6th , 7th & 8th play with 29.5
10. TEAM MUST KEEP BENCH AREA CLEAN AT ALL TMES, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BENCH TECH-FOUL.
11. Team must have 4 players to start the game, teams must be ready to play 10 Minutes before scheduled time.
12. Teams must provide their own warm-up basketballs.
13. Home team must provide game ball.
14. Game jersey must have visible numbers on back.
15. Home team wears light jerseys.
16. Teams must provide their own ice packs & first aid kit.
    Additional Boys 4th grade rules.

    1. No press until final minutes of game.
    2. No trapping outside the paint.
    3. Player must start in back of free throw line, but can go over the line after the ball is released.
    4. Players are allowed 6 personal fouls.
    5. Play with 28.5 size basketball.

    Tie-Breaker Rules

    1. Two way tie- Head to Head winner.
    2. Three way tie- point difference.
    3. Point difference of head to head from #2
