MISSION STATEMENT:

The POWER PAC CONFERENCE (PPC) is Eastern Connecticut’s youth travel basketball team league. PPC strives to provide all participants with a structured and organized league with first class facilities. Our objective is to nurture and enhance all participating youth in their development of basketball IQ, skills, sportsmanship, and self-esteem while competing at a high level. Sponsored by Foxwoods Resort Casino and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation with a committee made up of regional Park & Recreation Directors and coaches.
